Rice Flour

IMG_6953

I made this flour because I am working on a health bread recipe that is wheat and yeast free. Hopefully the recipe will be coming soon to my blog. I’m working on perfecting the recipe. I’ve already attempted it 3 times. Each time comes with slight improvements in the taste and texture. Hopefully the next recipe works out perfectly. If it doesn’t I may just give up.

Rice flour is a great substitute in place of plain flour as it is wheat and gluten free. Warning: this is an overnighter recipe.

5. Pour the flour into a pan and warm over a medium heat to remove any moisture. Stir constantly for about 10 minutes until completely dry.
